A DoorCash visit happens at your kitchen table, on your schedule. Here's what to expect.

Call, text or book
Call or text Rick at 623-800-3441, or book a free visit online. Tell us roughly what you have. A photo helps but isn't required.
Matthew comes to you
Pick a time that works for you. One to three business days ahead is ideal. Same-day visits may be available.
We look
At your table, Matthew sorts and examines each piece: the metal, the stones and the condition.
We weigh
Precious metal is weighed in front of you, so you see the same numbers he does.
You decide
You get a free verbal appraisal of each piece. Sell all of it, some of it or none of it. There's no obligation.
Paid on the spot
For anything you choose to sell, you're paid before Matthew leaves. Everything else stays with you.

Before Matthew arrives

What to have ready

All the jewelry you're curious about, including broken pieces and single earrings.
Any boxes, papers, receipts or past appraisals, especially for diamonds and watches.
A table with good light to spread everything out.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Weekends by arrangement.
Booking: One to three business days ahead is ideal. Same-day visits may be available.
