Estate and inherited jewelry

Estate & Inherited Jewelry Buyer in San Tan Valley

Going through a loved one’s jewelry can be emotional, and it is hard to know what any of it is worth. One box can hold costume pieces next to fine gold and diamonds, and they do not always look different.

An evaluation sorts that out. Matthew comes to your home, looks through everything with you and explains what each piece is. There is no obligation to sell, and you can keep anything that means more to you than money.

Did you inherit jewelry from a parent or grandparent?

People call us in many situations: settling an estate, downsizing a parent’s home, dividing jewelry among family, or finally opening a box that has sat in a drawer for years. Some want to sell. Others just want to know what they have before deciding anything.

Knowing what each piece is can make those decisions, and those family conversations, easier.

Door-cash was awesome, was getting rid of some old jewelry and they took great care of me. No hassle and gave me more than other places were offering. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get rid of old jewelry!

What we can evaluate

No estate is too small

A single ring is worth a visit. So is a jewelry box, a drawer of mixed pieces or a collection built over a lifetime. And no estate is too large: we can look at one ring or an entire collection.

How the evaluation works

  1. Schedule

Call, text or schedule online. Tell us what you would like evaluated.

  2. We come to you

Matthew comes to your home at the time you picked.

  3. We evaluate

He tests and weighs metal and examines stones and watches at your table.

  4. We explain

He tells you what each piece is and how the offer is calculated.

  5. You decide

Sell all, some or none. Anything you sell is paid on the spot.

Yes. The verbal appraisal is free and there is no obligation to sell.

Can I get a written appraisal for the estate?

Verbal appraisals are free. GIA written appraisals are available by request for a fee.

Can other family members be there?

Of course. Many people prefer it, especially when pieces will be divided among family.
