Selling gold or jewelry with Door Cash happens at your own table, on your schedule. Here is what to expect, from the first call to the final decision.

    Call or text 623-800-3441, or schedule online. Tell us what you would like evaluated. A rough idea is plenty.

  2. Schedule your appointment

    We arrange a time and place that suit you, usually your home.

  3. We come to you

    No need to drive to a store, find parking or wait in line.

  4. We evaluate your items

    Gold, silver, jewelry, diamonds, coins, watches and other valuables, tested and weighed at your table.

  5. We explain what you have

    Matthew answers your questions and talks through what each piece is and its potential value.

  6. You decide

    If you want to sell, Door Cash makes an offer. There is no obligation to accept, and you are paid on the spot for anything you sell.

What to have ready

None of this is required, but it helps the visit go smoothly.

  • Everything you are curious about, including broken pieces and single earrings
  • Boxes, papers, receipts, lab reports or past appraisals, especially for diamonds and watches
  • Coins left in their original holders, uncleaned
  • A table with good light
  • A valid photo ID, if you decide to sell

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on how much you have. A few pieces can be quick. A large collection takes longer, and Matthew will not rush you.

Is there a charge for the evaluation?

No. Verbal appraisals are free, and you are under no obligation to sell.

How do I get paid?

On the spot, before Matthew leaves, for anything you choose to sell.

Can someone else be there with me?

Of course. Many people like to have a family member or friend there.
